You will ensure strong administration and control of Facilities and Equipment Engineering services, focusing on compliance documentation, contract management, and maintenance scheduling.
You will offer practical and effective support to the Facilities and Equipment Team.
? Perform building maintenance tasks such as creating and managing documentation, plans, Operation and Maintenance manuals, project files, desk allocations, and office layout for office moves.
? You will develop and maintain robust records, information, and administration systems to support:
? Statutory compliance for Health, Safety, and Environment, including regulations such as LOLER, Fire Safety, Legionella, and machinery directives.
? Handle contract renewals, tendering, and procurement processes for Facilities and Engineering, encompassing utilities, security, cleaning, office and kitchen equipment, and maintenance contracts for plant and small equipment.
? Coordinate and schedule contractor visits to guarantee timely and appropriate maintenance as per the required intervals.
? Maintain document control for Facilities and Equip
