Location: Central London, Essex

Salary: £34k - £42k per annum plus Excellent Benefits

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Surveyor/Analyst Consultant to join our clients asbestos risk management company.

The firm provides a full range of environmental services for Commercial, Domestic and industrial service.



The Role:

You will be responsible for the management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys for a range of clients to a variety of building types.



Duties:

? Act as a professional representative of the company to clients, offering specialist advice and consultancy services.
? Conduct reinspection audits of existing asbestos surveys.
? Provide air monitoring and inspection services for asbestos removal projects.
? Supervise asbestos removal projects.


Requirements:

? Previous experience of at least 2 years in a similar role within asbestos industry
? Ideally, the successful candidate will possess the BOHS P402 (or equivalent), BOHS P403, and P404 (or equivalent) qualifications.
? Excellent communication skills, including client liaison and report writing, with meticulous attention to detail.
? Thorough understanding of Health & Safety regulations pertaining to asbestos-related tasks.
? Willingness to work flexible hours as required.
? Proficient in using information technology.
? Possession of a valid full driving license.
