Marketing Assistant

Stoneseed is a leading provider of IT Project Management Services, and we are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated Marketing Assistant that drives engagement and customer experience across all areas of the marketing channels to join our Team in Nottingham.The successful candidate should be able to work both individually and collaboratively, can multitask and manage an everchanging workload.

If you like to be kept busy, thrive on achieving goals and are super organised this may be the role for you!Responsible for supporting our Head of Marketing in our busy in-house team.

You would play a pivotal role in building and developing marketing content and lead generation for customer acquisition and recruitment.

Duties will include, but not limited to web, digital marketing, social media management, email marketing, content creation, copy writing, graphic design, advertising.Key Responsibilities:

Daily marketing support Stoneseed across total marketing mix – Mainly Digital marketing and social media.

Plus, print, pr, events etc…
Working closely with internal customers – Client engagement (Sales) Team and The Recruitment Team
Liaising with external suppliers
Maintaining social media presence across the various SM platform, using content management and scheduling tools vis HubSpot
Email marketing using a variety of platforms.
Copy writing, proof reading and editing e.g.

brochures and Blogging
Creation of digital designs and designing marketing collateral
Maintenance and design, creation of web content + SEO
Reporting of marketing activity and performance
Pay per click advertising social and search engine.

About You: You should have a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience of working in a marketing environment, and will also have the following essential skills:

A creative wordsmith
Be organised and rigorous, with an eye for detail
Excellent communication skills
Capable and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
An eye for photography and visual aesthetics
Proactive can-do attitude, capable of working to deadlines
A multi-tasker, that enjoys a fast-paced, dynamic, work environment
