Commercial Property Lawyer

Service Care Legal are recruiting on behalf of a local authority, based in Northamptonshire, which is in need of a Commercial Property Lawyer to join their team on a contract basis.

ROLE: Commercial Property Lawyer
LOCATION: Northamptonshire (REMOTE)
RATE: Negotiable - £40.00 to £55.00 per hour
CONTRACT: 3 month ongoing
The Role

To manage and progress a full caseload of Commercial Property matters from start through to completion
Matters will include Commercial leases/licences/Deed of Surrender/Transfers to Parish Councils
The role will also involve providing advice on Regeneration law as there are large developments occurring within the council

The Person

A qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Barrister with 2+ years of PQE
Strong proven Commercial Property background with Regeneration law experience
Property Law experience within the Public Sector is desirable
Must be available to attend project board meetings (virtually)
