I am seeking an experienced leader with robust understanding and experience of the CQC in the surrey and Sussex area.
The Registered Manager role is paying up to £35,000 to £40,000 on a full time, permanent basis

QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management or equivalent
A great understanding of CQC, risk assessment and safety management
A minimum of 3 years in supported living or domiciliary services
Strong managerial skills and enjoy developing and managing high performing staff teams
