If your experience looks a little different from what we've identified and you think you can bring value to the role, we'd love to learn more about you!About The RoleYou’ll develop future hydrogeological strategies to manage the risks of new polluting discharges due to rising mine water throughout the coalfields of UK, and to address other hydrogeological challenges, based on concepts and predictions developed from the in depth understanding of data and uncertainties. You’ll promote the Coal Authority as an expert body in mine water, and build and maintain strong links with stakeholders.You’ll support and provide professional and expert hydrogeological advice and reports to other teams and departments within the Coal Authority, that are outside of Environment Strategy and Sustainability Department.To support commercial work, including the non-coal (metal mines) programme, by providing professional hydrogeological advice and reports. Role location: Hybrid, MansfieldFor more information about the role please refer to the attached job description.Schedule:Application closing date:  13th June 2023Sifting date:                   14th June 2023Interviews:              w/c 19th June 2023(If you are unavailable on these interview dates, please make us aware and we will look at alternative dates)Security:Successful candidates must pass basic security checks and will be subject to UK Immigration requirements.About The Coal AuthorityOur benefits:
