The Role:

Our client is one of the prestigious international schools in Dubai and they are seeking a passionate and committed Primary Class Teacher to join their team.

Requirements:

? Minimum of 2 years experience in teaching (post qualification)
? Possession of a PGCE or relevant QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)


Responsibilities:

? Develop and maintain a successful IB PYP program within the school, collaborating with the PYP Programme Coordinator.
? Create an educational environment that fosters effective learning for students in Grades 1-5.
? Treat all students with respect, establishing relationships based on mutual respect while maintaining professional boundaries
? Ensure comprehensive coverage, progression, and continuity in the planning of all taught subjects.
? Foster meaningful relationships with students, providing individual attention based on their abilities
? Promote a love for learning and encourage a culture of reflective practice
? Exhibit the highest standards of professionalism in teaching and relationships with colleagues and parents.
? Conduct instruction in English/French/German as per the language of instruction.
