Our client is a leading frozen food manufacturer based in southeast London.
They are looking for a resilient and target driven Business Development Manager / Executive with a network of clients to join them and strengthen their business portfolio in the Catering / Hospitality / Fast - Food sectors.
The Role:
The primary goal is to expand the clients market share in the hospitality industry, encompassing hotels, restaurants, leisure/sporting facilities, airlines, cruises, and more.
You will be responsible for establishing connections with potential clients, nurturing relationships, and ensuring a steady flow of sales opportunities.
Your ultimate aim will be to secure contracts that align with the companys targets and objectives.
Duties:
? Serve as the brand ambassador for the new business sector, building and maintaining positive relationships with prospective clients.
? Acquire new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and industrial network, growing the sales pipeline and closing sales.
? Promote brands, products, and ranges by preparing samples for clients and arranging onsite visits.
? Draft business proposals, negotiate terms, and maximise the companys revenue and interests.
? Attend networking events and conferences to research and engage with prospective clients.
? Monitor sales performance, summarising suggestions for the companys strategies and clients interests.
? Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions and resolve any issues.
Requirements:
? Minimum 3 years of experience with a proven track record in sales and business development in the hospitality, catering, and/or fast-food sector.
? Outstanding interpersonal skills with excellent written and verbal abilities.
