Employment Solicitor

Global recruitment company looking to source an in-house Employment Solicitor to join their team in Manchester.

The Firm
Our client, a global business with a strong legal team, is looking to expand due to projected growth of the business both in the UK and overseas.

The Role
This is a brand-new role, so the firm is looking for someone experienced in non-contentious Employment Solicitor to join the larger Commercial team and with within the broader Legal team in the UK overseas.

Within this role, your day-to-day tasks may consist of developing and implementing internal compliance processes, providing guidance and professional advice on a variety of employment law issues, take ownership of all employment contract templates and prepare risk mitigation strategies for the business.

There may be a small amount of litigious work when necessary.

About You
The ideal candidate will be someone with at least 3 years PQE in Employment law either in private practice or as an Employment Legal Counsel.

You will welcome a variety of matters when advising businesses in the UK and throughout Europe, can develop and maintain excellent relationships with all stakeholder types and has excellent analytical, communication and organisational skills.
