Role Snapshot...
This is an enjoyable interactive role which is essential to support the team's specialist services.
The role will encompass a wide range of skills and responsibilities.
You will assist customers seeking help with their housing, helping resolve the customers issues where possible or ensuring they are referred to another service quickly if needed.
This apprenticeship role includes studying towards the Level 3 Housing and Property Management apprenticeship qualification of which 20% of your time will be spent working towards completing this.

What you'll be doing...
Working in partnership with an experienced officer you will:
? Respond to client enquiries via telephone, mail and electronically
? Progress cases, from application to final outcomes and evaluation, alongside the collection of any additional required information from a range of sources
? Assist with interviewing
