Location: Loughborough, Leicestershire (Hybrid Remote)

Salary: £31,000- £35,500 per year + Excellent Benefits

Our client is a local charity providing a range of specialist housing-related advice, support, and assistance services, they aim to empower a future where all thrive in safe and secure homes.

The Role:

They are looking for aFinance and Operations Manager who will be responsible for managing all aspects of the financial operations to ensure best practice and regulatory compliance across the entire organisation, including finances, risk management, and operational and HR policy and procedures.



Requirements:

? Previous experience in a Financial Management role within the Charity Sector.
? Proven track record in managing business finances and implementing robust management systems.
? Possession of financial qualifications necessary to meet legal obligations.
? Experience in fundraising.
? Strong technical IT skills, including proficiency in Sage and Xero Financial Systems.
? Familiarity with website management.
? Experience in homelessness services is desirable, although not essential.
