Our client is a well-established independent rural property consultancy renowned for delivering extensive surveying, planning, and architectural services.

They are actively searching for an enthusiastic Rural Surveyor to join their team and contribute to property management and professional work.

The Role:

As a Surveyor, your primary focus will be on property management, which involves providing expert advice on tenancy matters, assisting with succession planning, and implementing agri-environment schemes.

You should be willing to get involved in a wide range of projects.

Duties:

? Responsible for handling the acquisition, disposal, and leasing of agricultural, commercial, and residential properties.
? Conducting thorough evaluations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring smooth transactions for the clients.
? You will conduct property valuations, offer tax-related guidance, and provide general professional advice to clients.
? You will handle matters related to compulsory purchases, compensation claims, and the installation and maintenance of telecoms and utility infrastructure.
? Working closely with clients to explore new business opportunities and assist in the development of additional revenue streams on estates.


Essential Requirements:

? At least 2 years Post Qualified Experience working as a Chartered Rural Surveyor
? You will be RICS qualified
? Strong communication and writing skills.
