Our client are a renowned group of childcare nurseries dedicated to providing exceptional childcare services.

They are looking for a passionate and dedicated Room Leader to join their team.

Duties:

? Take on the role of Room Leader and effectively implement the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
? Lead the planning process for the EYFS curriculum and maintain accurate records of childrens progress.
? Offer support, guidance, and supervision to room staff in their daily responsibilities, including regular monitoring of their paperwork such as planning and learning journeys.
? Maintain high standards of quality within the nursery, including the environment, resources, and learning experiences provided to children.
? Stay informed about current developments in childcare and education policies and practices, ensuring up-to-date knowledge.
? Ensure childrens nutritional needs are met and adhere to Food Safety Regulations.


Requirements:

? Previous experience in a similar role
? Minimum requirement of holding a Level 3 childcare qualification with a strong desire for further upskilling.
? Ability to serve as a positive role model for both children and fellow team members.
? Sound knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
