The Role:

They are looking for a Level 3Practitioner to join their team and respond to each childs need for individual care and attention and provide a high level of care and supervision that will enhance the childrens general health and well-being.

You will act as a key person to a group of children and to ensure their needs are reflected in the planning of routines and activities.

Duties:

? Observe, plan, and evaluate activities and experiences tailored to childrens development using the birth to 5 matters framework.
? Collaborate with parents and carers, establishing a partnership for the well-being and development of the children.
? Contribute to creating a secure, joyful, and engaging nursery environment that supports each child in reaching their maximum potential.
? Maintain precise and effective records of childrens progress, employing both formative and summative assessments.
? Ensure childrens nutritional needs are met and adhere to Food Safety Regulations.
? Share responsibility for maintaining health, safety, and cleanliness standards across the nursery.


Requirements:

? Previous experience in a similar role
? Minimum Level 3 childcare qualification is a must.
? Sound knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
? Prior experience and a genuine passion for working in the Early Years field.
