The Role:

They are looking for a passionate and dedicated qualified Early Years Practitioner/ Nursery Nurse(Level 2 / 3) to join their team and support in the day-to-day management and running of the pre-school.

You will receive full support to implement the curiosity approach, enabling children to develop confidence, curiosity, and a lifelong love for learning.

They are keen to speak to candidates who have worked in childcare or a nursery setting as a practitioner.

Duties:

? Observe, plan, and evaluate activities and experiences tailored to childrens development using the birth to 5 matters framework.
? Collaborate with parents and carers, establishing a partnership for the well-being and development of the children.
? Contribute to creating a secure, joyful, and engaging nursery environment that supports each child in reaching their maximum potential.
? Maintain precise and effective records of childrens progress, employing both formative and summative assessments.
? Ensure childrens nutritional needs are met and adhere to Food Safety Regulations.
? Share responsibility for maintaining health, safety, and cleanliness standards across the nursery.


Requirements:

? Previous experience in a similar role
? Minimum Level 2 or 3 childcare qualification is a must.
? Sound knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
? Prior experience and a genuine passion for working in the Early Years field.
