Job Title: AOV / Smoke Ventilation Engineer Location: East London (covering 6 development sites)
Salary: £55,000 – £60,000 per annum

On-call work paid at double rate

About the Role: Our client, a well-established maintenance company, is seeking an experienced AOV / Smoke Ventilation Engineer to manage and maintain systems across six residential and commercial development sites in East London. Key Responsibilities:Carry out scheduled maintenance and emergency repairs on AOV and smoke ventilation systems

Conduct fault finding, diagnostics, and system testing

Ensure all work is completed in line with industry regulations and site-specific requirements

Respond to on-call duties as required (paid at double rate)

Maintain clear communication with site managers and report on completed works

Travel between multiple sites across East London (travel allowance provided)

Requirements:Proven experience with AOV and smoke ventilation systems

Knowledge of current compliance and safety regulations

Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple site responsibilities

Full UK driving licence preferred

Right to work in the UK
