They offer a relaxed but busy working environment, excellent training and support on an ongoing basis and career progression.TELESALES EXECUTIVE JOB PURPOSEYou will be dealing with existing customers who have shown an interest in the companies products but not completed the sale, effectively leaving products in their basket.

The After Sales Executive will contact the customers and through effective questioning, you will establish any queries or concerns that prevented the completion of the sale.

E.g.

Have they had issues checking out? Unsure if it is the best product for them? Offering technical advice and through negotiations you will successfully close each sale.TELESALES EXECUTIVE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Direct outbound contact with warm customersNO COLD CALLING!Promotion of own brand productsUsing effective questions identify problems and queries and offer solutions and answersProduct recommendationsExceed targetsBuild relationshipsUpdate database
TELESALES EXECUTIVE KEY REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of 6 months experience with customer service twinned with telesales experiencePositive approachNaturally a positive communicatorTarget drivenProblem solverAbility to close deals through questioning and negotiationExcellent communication skillsExcellent listening skillsAble to negotiate and handle objectionsEstablish a customers need through effective questioningPC literate using Word and Excel
