Full service, well-respected law firm looking to recruit an experienced Insolvency Solicitor into their Birmingham offices.

As an Insolvency Solicitor, your duties may include advising clients in both public and private sectors on insolvency matters and recovery of debts, contentious work including the presentation of bankruptcy, winding up petitions, drafting pledges, instructing counsel, witness statements and letters of advice.
The successful candidate will ideally have 1+ years’ PQE within Insolvency law, is confident in their own ability, can prioritise their time effectively, has a keen eye for detail and is ambitious in wanting to make a name for themselves within an award-winning legal practice for the long-term.
