We have 21 centres across the UK and more than 300 tenants.
The Post
You will be responsible for the following:PR• Assisting in all PR/Marketing related activities including advertising, press and media communications channels as well as media strategy, maintaining our press contact lists, producing copy.• Working with external agencies including PR and design.• Generating news stories and features.• Developing case studies.• Planning content for internal and external communications; events, newsletters and marketing.• Planning and implementing digital platforms for internal communications• Assisting in the planning of internal and external eventsCommunications• Assist in writing and editing content for a variety of internal communications mediums, such as a staff intranet, newsletters or regular email bulletin.• Assist with the internal communication response to crisis situations which affect organisational perception and reputation.• Respond to feedback from staff and adjust communications content accordingly.• Assisting with the production of materials for other departments, HR; recruitment; finance; IT.

• Building and deploying surveys, analysing data, exporting/reporting.• Use of systems such as Survey Monkey and Mail Chimp.
Digital
• Work with web agency on the day-to-day operational maintenance of all Company websites.• Help to develop our Social Media presence, ensuring they fit with the overall communications strategy and brand messaging.• Scheduling and deployment of content for delivery on social media across multiple sites.• Produce content for the website and social networking accounts such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, incorporating SEO.• Helping monitor competitor activity.• Continually work alongside with third parties on the Search Engine Optimization of the website(s), social campaigns, Google Adwords campaigns.• Assisting staff on digital platforms and software.
Person Specification You will be able to demonstrate that:
• You have excellent communication skills, and are able to communicate effectively with a diverse range of audiences; • You are proficient at prioritising and managing your workload;• You value accuracy and attention to detail;• You are willing to undertake routine tasks, as well as more interesting project work;• You are able to use your initiative at work;• You have a good understanding of Microsoft Office, Websites, Survey Monkey, Mailchimp and social media tools, a working knowledge of In Design would be an advantage.• You share our ethics and values.• Happy to assist with the day-to-day marketing administration.
Contractual Details This is a fixed-time 12-month contract with a three-month probationary period.

The post is full time working 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday (min of 25 hours per week could be considered) The working hours will be between 9 am – 5 pm and is flexible according to business needs.

The salary is £25,000 a year.

The role is based in Oxford.
