Recruitment Coordinator
Salary: Up to £25,000 per annum
Location: Ferndown, Dorset
Contract: Full Time, Permanent

Our client, a highly successful IT Services company, is looking for a confident and ambitious individual to recruit top talent in roles ranging from sales to software development.
Main Responsibilities:
Speaking to a high number of applicants to establish if they would be the right fit for our client
Create engaging adverts and blogs to attract exceptional talent
Manage the recruitment process from phone interview to offer
Coordinate effective employee onboarding
Assist with HR responsibilities including performance reviews
Support retention through actively driving employee engagement and development
In order to be successful in this role, you need to have:
Previous experience within a phone based role
Minimum 5 GCSE Grades C or above (or equivalent)
Excellent communication skills
Confidence and resilience dealing with a wide range of people
A proactive approach with a passion for recruitment
A natural flair for attention to detail and excellent communication skills
A tenacious and inquisitive mindset
A bright individual with a drive for self-improvement
