Calling all Court of Protection Paralegals! Service Care Legal are currently working with a Private Practise, based in Preston, which is in need of a candidate with an interest in Mental Health and Court of Protection law and is experience in this area.


Role: Court of Protection Paralegal Location: Lancashire.

Salary: Depending on Experience
The Role-

Great interest in Mental Health and Mental capacity matters in the Court of Protection.
To assist and support in Welfare cases, including S.16 and S.21A applications.

These cases raise interesting and complex issues under the Mental Capacity Act and involving human rights.
Opportunities for career progression within the firm towards qualification for the right candidate

The Person-

Confident to work under pressure, ensuring timescales and legal obligations is met.
A strong communicator in different formats of written, oral and electronic formats
Passionate and looking for progression is a big factor for the company with them expanding and movement within roles.
