We’re looking for a Restaurant General Manager to take full ownership of two casual dining sites in London. The sites are a short walk apart, with around 40–45 people across both teams.

This is a hands-on role for a strong operator who enjoys being on the floor and wants the commercial responsibility that comes with running two businesses. You’ll have full P&L accountability, the autonomy to make decisions locally and the support of head office to bring your ideas to life.

The role

Take ownership of the day-to-day operation and financial performance of both sites.Lead, develop and motivate the teams, with a visible presence in both restaurants.Get under the skin of the numbers, identify where each site can improve and put a plan in place to grow sales.Work with head office on local marketing and promotions that bring in new guests and give regulars a reason to come back.

About you

You’re an experienced General Manager with a strong background in London restaurants or casual dining.You’re confident managing a full P&L and can talk through where you’ve improved performance.You enjoy leading from the floor and know how to get the best out of your teams.You bring energy, fresh ideas and the drive to see them through.You’re comfortable taking the lead locally and working closely with a head office team based overseas.
