We're looking for an ambitious Deputy General Manager to join a beautiful, well-established country pub and restaurant in Northamptonshire.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a busy, food-led venue with a strong local following, stunning outdoor spaces and a thriving private events business.

The Role

Support the General Manager in running a busy, multi-revenue operation.Lead, motivate and develop a passionate FOH team.Deliver exceptional hospitality across food, drink and events.Drive sales, control costs and maintain excellent standards.Be a hands-on leader who thrives on the floor.What We're Looking ForAn experienced Deputy GM or strong Assistant GM ready to step up.Experience in quality, high-volume, food-led pubs or restaurants.Strong commercial awareness and excellent people skills.A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience.Ambition to progress into a General Manager role.
