An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented and commercially minded Digital & CRM Manager to join a growing, premium hospitality group in London. We are looking for a creative, analytical and highly organised individual who is passionate about digital marketing, customer engagement and delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role offers the opportunity to work across a portfolio of established hospitality venues, helping to strengthen digital performance, build meaningful guest relationships and support continued business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective digital marketing and CRM strategies across multiple venuesPlan, manage and optimise email marketing campaigns to drive engagement, retention and repeat visitsManage customer databases, segmentation and personalised guest communicationsDevelop automated customer journeys and loyalty initiatives to enhance the guest experienceMonitor and analyse campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendationsSupport digital acquisition, website performance and online customer engagementWork closely with marketing, reservations and operations teams to ensure consistent brand messagingIdentify opportunities to increase customer lifetime value, bookings and revenue through data driven marketing

Experience:

Previous experience in a Digital Marketing, CRM or similar role, ideally within hospitality, luxury or lifestyle sectorsStrong knowledge of CRM platforms, email marketing tools and marketing automationExperience with customer segmentation, data analysis and campaign reportingA good understanding of digital marketing channels and customer acquisitionExcellent communication, organisational and project managements skillsA proactive, creative and commercially focused approachAbility to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively across different teams
