Management Accountant (Construction Company)

Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire (Hybrid)

Salary: £30k - £40k per year + Excellent Benefits

Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.30pm, Onsite office-based role

Our client are a well-established engineering company with expertise in civil, geotechnical and structural engineering.

Their focus is on delivering high-quality services and building long-term relationships with clients, whether for private or public sector projects.

The Role:

They are looking for a Management Accountant to join their in house team.

The ideal candidate will be fully or part qualified (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) and collaborate with the Financial Controller and Assistant Management Accountant.


Duties:

? Generate the Management Accounts for Construction Frameworks
? Conduct financial planning and analysis of Construction Frameworks
? Producing depot Profit and Loss and Balance Sheets
? You will undertake overhead analysis
? Reconcile balance sheets
? Prepare and submit VAT returns.



Requirements:

? At least 3+ years experience in construction or civil engineering industry(if you dont have CIMA Qualification)
? CIMA qualification is preferred but ACA, ACCA qualification will be considered
? Have some experience in Financial planning and analysis (FP&A)
? A relevant degree in Accountancy, Finance or Engineering is required
