MLR have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and passionate hospitality professional to join this opulent 4* hotel in Cork City.
Over the last year, the hotel has undergone major renovations across all areas.

With further plans to redevelop, they are now seeking an enthusiastic Restaurant and Bar Manager to join their award-winning team.
The ideal candidate will place emphasis on driving standards and promoting excellence.

Acting as a role model, you will inspire your team to create an unrivalled guest experience at every opportunity.

You will promote positive culture and take a hands-on approach to training and mentoring your team, driving them forward in their own professional growth and development.
You will be proactive in your approach and will liaise closely with the Marketing Department in order to maximise revenue and increase sales at every opportunity.
