The Role:

My client is currently looking to recruit a Business Development Manager to join their sales department and contribute to the continual growth of their business.

The successful applicant will be a highly motivated, target driven and reliable individual, in search of a new opportunity.

The salary is negotiable depending on experience, 1st year OTE £40-50k, 2nd year £50- 60k, 3rd year £60k+

Role Responsibilities:

? To achieve KPI's agreed with the line manager and report progress on a weekly/monthly basis as required and agreed.
? Plan and prioritise personal sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed business aims, including costs and sales - especially managing personal time and productivity.
? Manage pipeline accurately ensuring the line manager has accurate forecasting to report back to the Sales director.
? Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods to optimise the quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction.
? Use customer and prospect contact activities tools and systems, and update relevant information held in thier Salesforce CRM.
? Respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods.
