Registered Manager (CQC Domiciliary Care Provider) in East Surrey

Location: Redhill, Surrey

Salary: £30,000 to £32,000 per annum (Full-time)

Benefits: Company Pension, 28 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays pro rata, Paid mileage and Parking space and opportunity for further development.

We are seeking a Registered Manager to join our client.

You will implement CQC regulations in order to continued delivery of high-quality domiciliary service to the community of Redhill area.

Personal Attributes:

? Experienced Domiciliary Registered Manager to take charge of running the business or an experienced Care Coordinator who is looking for next step in their Career


? CQC registered domiciliary care provider covering East Surrey area,
? An individual who has plenty of drive, ambition to grow current business and drive the existing team forward.
? Work directly alongside the Managing Director and the rest of the team to grow and develop the business.


? Demonstrate an excellent knowledge of the care industry and CQC requirements in addition to holding the relevant qualification necessary for the Managers position.

Experience: Case management: 3 years (required)
? Licence/Certification: Driving Licence and own car (required)

? Experience within the Domiciliary Care sector


? Understanding of CQC assessment criteria
? Experience: Case management: 3 years (required)
? Experience in managing people
? Good understanding of risk management and health and safety management.
? Self-motivated, organised, flexible and caring
? Excellent administration and good IT skills
? Licence/Certification: UK Driving Licence and own car (required)


Desirable

? Train the Trainer Certificate would be beneficiary
? Knowledge of Healthcare management software.
