Trade Support Administrator

Job Description:
Our client, a leading financial services firm, have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join them.

Working within the Trade Management and Treasury Department focussing on FX, MM & Cash Processing, you will have experience in the investment operations field ideally with experience within the settlements or trade field.
Essential Skills/Experience:

Investment operations experience
Strong risk management awareness
Accuracy and meticulous attention to detail
Involvement in change initiatives with ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment.
Strong client service skills
Familiarity financial markets

Desirable:

Accounting Practices
Language Skills
Degree Qualified


Core Responsibilities:
Provide administration activities which support trade settlement in the market and accurate start of day positions • Ensure a high quality client service is delivered to all clients
Provide administration activities which support trade settlement in the market and accurate start of day positions • Process trades and investigate discrepancies in a timely manner • Build strong, professional relationships with clients and be an ambassador for the client.

• Support external counterparty relationships including brokers and custodians, providing feedback for reviews
Involvement in the design and implementation of resilient processes and systems to support new/changes to business products including mandatory changes to market/governance and regulations
