Residential Conveyancing Solicitor (Team Leader)

SaccoMann have been instructed on a really exciting opportunity for an experienced Team Leader to join a reputable and well-established law firm based in Northampton with a view to head up the Residential Conveyancing department.

This role would suit a Senior Solicitor with a solid background in Conveyancing and experience of managing a team looking for the next step in their career.

The role

Handling your own caseload of a broad range of Residential Conveyancing matters including sales and purchase, remortgage, equity release, lease extensions and transfer of equity
You will be responsible for managing solid professional relationships with clients and estate agents whilst developing new relationships
Working on your caseload autonomously with minimal supervision
You will be a active member of the team with great leadership skills in order to manage the wider department

The ideal candidate

You will be an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor with experience of managing a team of conveyancers, paralegals or fee earners
You must be a confident communicator with the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
