Registered Manager

An Award-Winning Therapeutic Community is looking for a Registered Manager to lead a successful Fostering Team based in Kent.

You will be demonstrating the best practice to provide children with the highest level of care.
This role is full-time, and permanent.

As the Registered Manager will have Management/ leadership experience along with Fostering experience.

You will need to be committed and have the drive to match the ambition of this Therapeutic Community.

Your responsibilities as the Registered Manager:

Day to day management of the service
Work in partnership with internal and external partners
Support foster carers to help them learn, develop and learn
Ensure all areas of practice comply with the care standards


Requirements of you as the Registered Manager:

A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW)
A valid HCPC registration
Significant experience of working within Fostering
Experience of working within a Senior/Managerial position
Must hold a full UK Driving Licence

Location: Kent
Salary: up to £80,000 with realistic earnings up to £100,000 per annum
