Field Sales Executive - Fleet Hire

FIELD SALES EXECUTIVE – FLEET HIRE KENT UP TO £35,000 BASE + £60,000 OTE + COMPANY CAR + BENEFITS
THE OPPORTUNITY: We’re exclusively recruiting on behalf of a leading and well-respected business located in Kent that is expanding their team.

This highly successful business has achieved significant year on year financial growth and has a reputation for investing in their people.

As a Field Sales Executive, you’ll be forming relationships with new and existing clients across Kent and the Southeast in relation to fleet and asset hire.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual from a fleet hire, asset hire, logistics or similar industry who is looking to join a business with a rewarding commission structure and an excellent reputation in the industry!
THE FIELD SALES EXECUTIVE ROLE:

Responsible for generating new business and account management across the South East
Pipeline generation from initial contact, meeting to close
Develop knowledge of the relevant market sector and value proposition
Meet and exceed targets, both financial and performance related
Identify new areas for expansion and contribute to the growth of the company
Maintain relationships with partners and clients
Support existing clients with queries and work closely with the sales support team to insure an issues are resolved promptly

THE PERSON:

The ideal candidate will be currently working within a Field Sales Executive, Area Sales, Sales Executive, Business Development or similar role within fleet hire, asset hire or logistics
Proven track record within new business sales and account management
Confident to sell to clients over phone, email and in person
Able to communicate with clients at all seniority levels and business sizes
