Bar Manager

Our client has a beautifully renovated venue for Weddings, Events, Stays & Experiences, seeks an experienced Bar Manager to oversee four bars.

General Management: Enforce quality and safety controls, maintain licenses, ensure venue security, address customer feedback.Staff Management: Create a positive work environment, delegate tasks, hire and train staff, schedule for weddings and events.Stock Management: Monitor inventory, order beverages and equipment, update beverage selection.
Skills & Experience:
Previous bar management.Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team.Knowledge of alcohol and service laws, confidence in enforcement.Excellent customer care and communication skills.Dedicated, hardworking, and adaptable.Mixology experience preferred.
