Engineering Spring Maker Apprentice at Goss Springs

The successful trainee will be mentored and will be working alongside one of our skilled setters, gaining a broad appreciation of Spring Making.

Applicants must:

Be punctual, hard-working, trustworthy and have a keen eye for detail Have good mathematics, along with spoken and written English skills, is also essential

Training:

Engineering Fitter Level 3.

Training Outcome:

Future opportunities may be available. Applicants with some relevant or transferable skills could expect more, along with a company workplace pension. The successful candidate will be subject to a satisfactory 6-month trial with performance being reviewed after an initial three-month period and again after six months.
