Job Title: Events Manager – Coworking Group
Salary: Up to £42,000 + Bonus
Location: London

We are recruiting an experienced Events Manager to lead the events function across a portfolio of premium, flexible workspaces. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on driving revenue, developing commercial strategy, and delivering exceptional events. You’ll manage and coach a team, oversee budgets and pricing, build strategic agency relationships, and ensure a seamless client experience from initial enquiry through to event delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the events strategy, annual budget, pricing framework, and revenue performance across the portfolioManage and develop the Events Team, setting objectives, overseeing rotas, and ensuring appropriate staffing and supportOversee the sales pipeline, taking ownership of high-value bookings, complex enquiries, and new venue opportunitiesMaintain exceptional hospitality standards, ensuring consistent service and building long-term client relationshipsDevelop strategic partnerships with agencies and brokers, working closely with Marketing to drive lead generation and revenue growthMonitor venue performance, competitor activity, and market trends, while collaborating with Finance and operational teams to support growth and new venue launches

The Ideal Candidate

Experience managing events, event sales, or hospitality operations, ideally within a premium venue or multi-site environmentCommercially minded, with strong experience in budgeting, pricing, revenue generation, and financial performanceA natural leader who can coach, motivate, and develop a team while encouraging accountability and ownershipConfident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills across clients, agencies, suppliers, and internal teamsHighly organised, proactive, and comfortable balancing strategic planning with hands-on operational involvementA strong problem-solver who takes ownership, adapts to a changing environment, and consistently looks for ways to improve performance and service delivery
