As Business Manager, you will work closely with the Sales team to maximise sales opportunities, present tailored finance and insurance packages and ensure customers receive suitable products that meet their individual needs. Your responsibilities will include: - Building, presenting and converting finance and insurance solutions to meet customer requirements. - Ensuring all finance and insurance transactions comply with relevant regulations and company procedures. - Supporting the effective delivery of the dealership's sales processes. - Driving departmental performance to achieve and exceed agreed targets. - Building strong customer relationships and delivering an excellent customer experience. - Supporting the Sales team in maximising new and used vehicle sales. - Promoting relevant additional products, including finance, warranties, paint protection and insurance products. - Maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction, transparency and regulatory compliance. - Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve dealership objectives and maximise profitability. We\'re looking for a commercially minded professional with strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities and a customer-focused approach. Ideally, you\'ll have: - Previous experience as an Automotive Business Manager, F&I Manager or Sales Manager, preferably within a franchised dealership. - A strong understanding of automotive finance and insurance products. - Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and compliance requirements. - Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills. - The ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities. - A proven ability to achieve sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service. - A genuine commitment to delivering positive customer outcomes. - A full, valid UK driving licence. - Candidates with relevant automotive sales experience and demonstrable finance and insurance knowledge are encouraged to apply. - Compliance and Customer CareIntegrity, transparency and responsible selling are central to this position.
