Key Responsibilities

Lead and execute the global recruitment strategy across multiple international locationsOversee end-to-end recruitment for senior leadership, corporate, operational and hospitality positionsPartner closely with senior executives, regional leaders and General Managers to anticipate recruitment needs and develop strategic recruitment plansIdentify and attract exceptional talent across luxury restaurants, fine dining, hotels and premium hospitality environmentsBuild and maintain an international network of high calibre hospitality professionalsDevelop proactive talent pipelines for critical positionsDrive recruitment standards, ensuring a consistent, discreet and premium candidate experience across all marketsSupport international expansion, new openings and strategic workforce planningStrengthen employer branding and position the organisation as an employer of choice within the global luxury hospitality sectorMonitor recruitment performance, market intelligence and talent acquisition trends

Experience:

Significant recruitment experience within luxury hospitality, fine dining, five-star hotels or international lifestyle brandsA proven track record of managing recruitment across multiple international marketsStrong experience recruiting senior hospitality executives, General Managers, Executive Chefs and operational leadership teamsAn established international network within the luxury hospitality industryExceptional stakeholder management skills and confidence working directly with senior executivesA proactive, hands on approach combined with the ability to develop long-term recruitment strategiesOutstanding communication, relationship building and negotiation skillsA high level of discretion, professionalism and cultural awareness
