The Senior Sous Chef role

Support the Head Chef in leading a brigade of 15-20 chefsRun the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence, with full support from the Group Executive ChefOwn ordering, stock control, rotas and food safetyTrain and develop the brigade, including Chefs de Partie160-200 covers on a busy weekend, with all food prepared fresh on site

An established Senior Sous Chef ready to step towards Head ChefBackground in premium casual, high-volume, fresh-food kitchensConfident with small plates and sharing-style menusA calm leader who values team culture, inclusivity and wellbeingAmbitious and keen to grow with the business

The package
