Our ideal candidate will relish the opportunity to get involved with a busy central London venue, whilst having a love and passion for great food, drinks, and customer service.

You will be expected to have a keen entrepreneurial spirit having responsibility for the financial operation of the pub and looking for new ways to generate revenue.

You will work alongside a great team to deliver an excellent product offering for our customers and ensure great service across the bar.  What does the Successful Candidate look like?
Strong financial acumen.

Experience of cost control, P&L management, and sales building.

Excel skills highly desired.Passionate about the hospitality industry and working with peopleRelishes working in a dynamic and very fast-paced environmentMinimum 1 year experience as a GMWet led background preferred
