Vehicle Technician / Mot Tester

Are you a Vehicle Technician or qualified MOT Tester? This could be a great opportunity for you! An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester to join a well-established car dealership, providing vehicle sales, servicing, repairs and parts support to customers across the region. As a Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester, you will work in a modern dealership with a supportive team, the latest diagnostic equipment and opportunities to develop your technical skills. This full-time role offers basic salary range of £35,000 - £40,000 + Uncapped Earning Potential and benefits. Working Hours: 5-day working week, including weekends on a rota. You will be responsible for: ? Carrying out vehicle servicing, maintenance and repairs to manufacturer standards. ? Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults and identifying additional repair requirements. ? Conducting MOT tests where appropriately qualified. ? Completing work safely, efficiently and to a high standard while meeting productivity targets. ? Maintaining accurate records of work completed, delivering excellent customer satisfaction and performing other duties as required. What we are looking for: ? NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent qualification would be preferred. ? Excellent mechanical, electrical and diagnostic skills. ? Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. ? Full UK driving licence. ? MOT Tester licence is desirable but not essential, with training provided.
