The Opportunity:

Take ownership of a beautiful, established pub with plenty of character and personality.Lead a strong food and beverage operation, with a focus on quality, hospitality and consistency.Build relationships with the local community and make the pub a genuine destination.Recruit, inspire and develop a fantastic team.Take full responsibility for commercial performance, driving sales, managing costs and delivering a healthy P&L.Enjoy the support and stability of an established hospitality group while having the freedom to put your own stamp on the business.

What We're Looking For:

An experienced General Manager with a background in quality food-led pubs or gastro pubs.Someone who understands the importance of both the dining experience and a lively, welcoming bar.A natural host who loves being on the floor, getting to know guests and leading from the front.Strong commercial awareness, excellent people skills and a genuine passion for hospitality.Someone who can balance high standards with the warmth and personality that makes a great pub.
