Pay Rate: £16.48 per hour
Shifts: 18:00-6:00, 4 on 4 off

Ignition Driver Recruitment are looking for a reliable, experienced Transport Supervisor to join our client in Lutterworth. Our client is one of the UK's largest parcel distribution companies.

Transport knowledge is essential, as you will be working in a busy transport office, and the role will include: 


Leading the Transport Team, ensuring all duties are undertaken: 
Ensuring on-time departure and exception reportingChecking driver paperworkUpdating delivery schedules Managing the workforce with: 
Performance & outputDisciplinary proceduresMentoring & Engagement Staff developmentYou will play a key role in ensuring continuous improvement and always encouraging the company culture. What You Need:
You will have experience in a fast-paced logistics operationYou will have strong communication skills with the ability to communicate with people at all levelsDemonstrate excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to work to tight deadlinesExcellent computer and IT skillsHave a health and safety focused mindset
