The role:

Lead the day-to-day running of your room, ensuring high standards of care and educationPlan engaging activities that support children’s learning and development in line with the EYFSSupport, motivate and guide your team to deliver outstanding practiceBuild strong relationships with parents and carersMaintain high standards of safeguarding, health and safetyMonitor children’s progress and ensure their individual needs are met

What we’re looking for:

A recognised Level 3 Early Years Qualification or aboveExperience in a nursery setting, ideally in a leadership roleStrong communication and team leadership skillsA genuine passion for early years education and helping children thrive
