We’re seeking an experienced, hands-on Venue Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a large team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences while helping shape the future of an established nightlife brand. A friend of the LGBTQ+ community and a passion for inclusion and creating a safe, welcoming environment is essential.

About You

Proven management experience in a busy nightclub, bar, or large hospitality venueValid Personal Licence to Sell Alcohol (essential)Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skillsExperience managing recruitment, rotas, training, and team performanceExcellent customer service and problem-solving abilitiesFlexibility to work nights, weekends, and overtimeA genuine commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusionExperience in LGBTQ+ nightlife is advantageous
