Immigration Paralegal

Service Care Legal are recruiting for a law firm in the Lewisham area who are seeking a Paralegal to join their Immigration, Crime and Prison Law team.

Please find below further details regarding the position and the requirements for this role.ROLE: Immigration Paralegal LOCATION: Lewisham, London SALARY: £20,000 to £23,000The Role

To run a personal caseload of immigration, crime and prison law
Immigration cases will include citizenship, sponsorship application, asylum, indefinite leave to remain and judicial review
You will be working independently on immigration matters, but receive training on the crime and prison law cases

The Person

A law related qualification (LPC / LLM / LLB) would be essential for this position
It is also essential that the successful candidate has experience of managing caseloads of immigration law
Experience of knowledge of Criminal and Prison Law would be beneficial with a willingness to learn
