Our client, a leading professional legal services firm, is seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join their team team.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional commercial awareness, the ability to quickly understand the business and develop strong relationships, and a proactive, engaging, and energetic approach.
This role requires a strategic mindset, strong planning and advisory skills, as well as a willingness to dive into the details and take a hands-on approach to implementing the delivery of the groups business plans.
You will be part of a well-established and respected Business Development, Marketing, and Communications team.
Responsibilities:
? Lead the development and implementation of strategic priorities to drive revenue and relationship growth.
? Target key clients, intermediaries, and prospects to open new revenue streams.
? Build a strong personal network with clients and influencers.
? Work with Sector Heads, PSLs, analysts, and colleagues across the firm to identify new business opportunities.
? Lead new business opportunities, including pitching for new business and helping to shape propositions.
? Work closely with Marketing and Communications colleagues to drive effective profile-raising plans.
? Utilise the CRM platform to identify opportunities and track progress.
Requirements:
? Previous experience in a similar role
? Proven track record in business development/client relationship management within the legal or professional services sector.
? Strong interest and passion for the high-growth Tech, Media and Communications industry.
? Ability to motivate and inspire fee earners to achieve business goals.
