An exciting opening for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join an esteemed legal firm with a desire for excellent progression opportunities.

The Role:

You will be dealing with a wide range of matters relating to all Commercial matters.

The job will entail dealing with development and real estate work, including site acquisition and plot sales, infrastructure agreements, conditional contracts, option agreements, buying and selling businesses, bank financing, and commercial landlord and tenant work.

Requirements:

? Have minimum 5 years PQE as a commercial property solicitor
? Focus on attention to detail
