An opportunity has arisen with an established FM service provider in central London.

CBW Staffing Solutions is recruiting an electrically biased Multi-Skilled Shift Engineer for a prestigious commercial office building in the City of London, close to Bank and Moorgate stations. You will be part of the on-site engineering team, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across the building, with a focus on electrical work. You will have a strong understanding of facilities maintenance and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance, ideally within a high-end City office environment. In return, the company is offering a salary of £50,000 to £53,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key duties and responsibilities

Planned preventative and reactive maintenance across all building servicesElectrical maintenance and fault-finding: small power, lighting, distribution boardsEmergency lighting and fire alarm testingHVAC: AHUs, FCUs, chillers and pumpsBMS monitoring and responding to alarmsWater hygiene tasks and tap temperaturesPlumbing and general fabric repairsResponding to helpdesk requests from occupiersSupervising sub-contractors and managing permits to workKeeping logbooks, reports and job records up to date and audit-readyHours of work

4 on / 4 off shift pattern11:00 to 23:00Package
