Salary: Up to £55,000 + Tronc

My client currently recruiting for a Restaurant Manager ono the Isle of Wight to lead an exciting, experience-led dining operation. My client is looking for an experienced hospitality professional with a passion for food and wine, exceptional customer service skills and a strong commercial mindset. The successful candidate will lead and develop the team, deliver memorable guest experiences and drive operational excellence and profitability.

About the position

Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional service and operational standardsDeliver memorable dining experiences through outstanding food, wine and customer serviceRecruit, train, motivate and develop the team to achieve high standardsManage budgets, revenue targets, labour costs and food and beverage profitabilityWork closely with the Head Chef to maintain food quality, stock control and cost efficiencyIdentify opportunities to grow the business, enhance the guest experience and develop innovative food and beverage concepts

The successful candidate

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Senior Restaurant Supervisor within a high-end hospitality environmentA genuine passion for food, wine and creating memorable dining experiencesStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing teamExcellent commercial awareness, including budgeting, forecasting and cost controlExceptional customer service skills and attention to detailA proactive, entrepreneurial approach with strong organisational and problem-solving skills
