We’re looking for an experienced Assistant General Manager to join a fantastic casual premium restaurant in London Bridge area. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional who is genuinely guest-focused, hands-on and loves being on the floor.

What we’re looking for:

Previous experience as an AGM or a Restaurant Manager within casual premium dining.A genuine passion for exceptional guest serviceStrong wine knowledge, WSET would be highly desirable but not essentialA hands-on management style and a strong presence on the floorSomeone who enjoys being part of the team and leads by exampleExperience training, developing and motivating a teamExcellent communication skills and a real eye for detailA warm, energetic and professional approach to hospitality

The role:

Leading, training and motivating a small FOH teamMaintaining exceptional service standardsSpending plenty of time on the floor, engaging with guests and supporting the teamHelping create a welcoming, polished and memorable guest experience
